Are you struggling with unwanted habits or behaviours? Then I can help. We all have ways of coping and managing stressful situations that could be improved and I'm here to help you do just that. When we feel anxious or stressed, we can develop patterns that help reduce anxiety and make us feel better (in the short-term)such as smoking, over-eating (or under-eating), repeated actions and thoughts and other addictions. Unfortunately, these habits can wreak havoc on us both physically and emotionally. I can support you to replace these with healthy and life-enhancing behaviours that leave you feeling calm and confident: quickly. You may be amazed by just how easily you can achieve this when you enlist the help of your unconscious mind through hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is an effective, supportive and often surprisingly enjoyable method of healing ourselves.

Additionally you may have a specific phobia you would like to be free from. This type of issue responds incredibly well to hypnosis and can often be addressed in only one or two sessions.

 

On the other hand, it may be that something has been eating away at you for a while now, or you could be going through a difficult time; it might even be that you don't know exactly what the problem is but you just don't feel right within yourself and with the world. We can get to the root cause of your issues much more quickly and easily through the use of hypnotherapy.

You may also be concerned that the therapist you choose is capable of helping you overcome the particular challenges you are facing. I have included a list of common issues that typically respond really well to hypnotherapy (and that I am fully qualified to work with) but I also want to reassure you that above all, you're a person to me! I will never use a set script to work from, instead I'll get to know how you 'tick' and design sessions that really work for you.

On our initial consultation we can either work to a set number of sessions to help you achieve your goal or our sessions can be open-ended, though this will obviously depend on what you hope to achieve. ​
